1. Services

Selflex Taxi provides professional transportation services within and outside the city. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.

2. Reservations

• Bookings should preferably be made at least 2 hours in advance.


• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information: name, contact details, pickup and drop-off location, and time.


• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before the ride are free of charge.


• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.


• Changes to a booking must be communicated in time and in consultation with us.

4. Payments

• Payment must be made in advance or immediately after the ride.


• Selflex reserves the right to invoice or require prepayment.


• All prices include VAT and are communicated clearly in advance.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (such as traffic or weather conditions). Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup location on time.

6. Conduct in the Vehicle

• Appropriate behavior is expected during the ride.


• Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are prohibited.


• Any damage caused by the customer will be charged.

We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
